They changed my oil… I was smiling at the crew and one of them looked me dead in the eyes and said “Who the f *** are you smiling at?” Later on, I was sitting outside watch them change the oil on my truck and he kept talking negatively towards myself and the other driver. I get you might be having a bad day but it’s uncalled for. I won’t be going again but feel free to see if you get better service. For management his name badge said “Jason”

Service was very quick. What makes me want to come back again is your employee Wylie. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done with my Subaru. I know jiffy doesn’t deal with tires at all but he answered my questions and cared about the info he was giving me. He was exceptional and I can’t wait to see him in my next oil change.

We were visiting this beautiful state and needed to stop in for a quick oil change. We arrived at this location to a warm and friendly place. We were greeted and offered either to stay in our car or go inside. We opted to go inside. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and warm it felt. They came and showed use our filters and were honest in wether they needed to be replaced or not. Excellent service. Thanks to the Jiffy crew.

I had an oil change done, and the service was fast and very high quality. It has been a couple days since the service was performed, and I have not had any issues (no leaks, etc.). The staff are very friendly and there are no high pressure sales tactics. They just want to take care of their customers. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location - they are excellent in all categories!

RUN FROM THIS SHOP AND AVOID DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was an extremely poor experience. From the moment I arrived, the technician was unprofessional and dismissive. He was unable to open the hood of my vehicle and became visibly irritated when I had to step out and do it myself. During the service, the technicians forcibly removed my oil filter, spilling oil throughout the engine area. The filter was not replaced, with the explanation that it “didn’t fit,” despite the fact that it had been damaged during removal and broken pieces were left lodged in place. I was at the shop for over two hours, only to leave with unresolved issues and concerns about potential damage to my vehicle!!!!! Due to these concerns, I had to take my car to another shop for inspection. Within 10 minutes the second shop was able to identify and correct the problem immediately. This experience demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism, training, and accountability. I also attempted to contact management to address these concerns, but was told that no manager was available to take my call. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
